6. The grinding roller of the counter roll crusher is equipped with replaceable wear-resistant lining plate. The wear-resistant lining plate adopts domestic advanced wear-resistant materials, which has the advantages of long service life, not easy to damage and convenient maintenance. The continuous service life can reach more than one year. When the wear is serious, the cover can be replaced by moving it. The maintenance quantity is small and the cost is low, which is unmatched by any other type of crusher in China.

10. Counter roll crusher is the working principle of low speed and high pressure counter roll extrusion. The materials fall vertically into the crushing chamber from the upper part of the crusher. Under the strong pressure generated between the two rollers, most of the materials have become powdery, and a large number of cracks have been generated in the remaining small part of granular materials. In the further grinding process, the grinding energy consumption can be greatly reduced and the output can be increased.

1. Adjustment of discharge particle size: wedge or gasket adjusting device is installed between the two rollers, and the top of the wedge device is equipped with adjusting bolt. When the adjusting bolt pulls the wedge upward, the wedge will push the movable roller away from the fixed wheel, that is, the gap between the two rollers becomes larger, and the discharge particle size becomes larger. When the wedge is downward, the gap between the two wheels becomes smaller under the action of compression spring, The discharge particle size becomes smaller. The gasket device adjusts the discharge particle size by increasing or decreasing the number or thickness of gaskets. When the gasket is added, the gap between the two rollers becomes larger. When the gasket is reduced, the gap between the two rollers becomes smaller and the discharge particle size becomes smaller.
2. The driving mechanism is driven by two motors to the sheave through a V-belt, drives the roller and rotates in the relative direction. When crushing materials, the materials pass through the roller from the feed inlet and are crushed by rolling, and the crushed finished products are discharged from under the underframe.
3. Each stick of the counter roll crusher is driven by a separate motor. A motor is also used to drive the stick of the fixed bearing through the belt drive. The other end of the roller shaft of the fixed bearing is equipped with a gear to drive the movable stick through the gear. Due to the change of material properties, the movable stick moves left and right, so the gear tooth height must be increased to prevent gear engagement and disengagement. Therefore, the traditional counter roll crusher adopts long tooth gear transmission, which can allow the center distance of two rolls to be changed without crushing the meshing characteristics.
4. The working surface of the roller depends on the use requirements, and the smooth surface or tooth surface or groove surface can be selected. Smooth roller can be used for crushing hard and abrasive materials. Because the crushing effect of smooth roller on materials is mainly crushing and grinding, it is mainly suitable for medium and fine crushing of medium and hard materials.
5. In order to obtain products with different particle sizes, the size of discharge port of roller crusher must be adjustable. In order to prevent the crusher from being damaged by excessive iron, a safety device must be installed. The movable roll shaft of the roller crusher is supported by spring pressure. Under normal working conditions, the spring force is enough to overcome the crushing force required for crushing materials. Shims of different thickness are placed between the frame and the movable bearing. By changing the number of shims, the width of the discharge port between the two rollers can be adjusted to meet the requirements of different product particle sizes. When there are non crushing materials entering the crushing chamber, the spring is compressed, the movable roller retreats, the discharge port is increased, and after the materials are discharged, the movable roller returns under the spring pressure. This is the mechanical discharge port adjustment and overload protection device (safety device).
